Counterbalanced Manual Lift Carts and Portable Material Handling Lifts
Counter Balanced Lite Load Lifts provide an efficient solution for lifting, positioning, and transporting materials in warehouses, stockrooms, retail environments, and shipping operations. The counterbalanced design eliminates front support legs, allowing operators to access shelving, racks, workstations, and delivery vehicles with greater flexibility than traditional lift carts. Ideal for handling awkward or hard-to-reach loads, these portable lifting devices help improve productivity while reducing physical strain on workers.
Key Features & Benefits
Built with durable steel construction, these manual material lifts are engineered for dependable daily use in demanding environments. The easy-to-operate hand winch provides smooth and controlled lifting, allowing precise load positioning throughout the service range. A rear counterweight enhances stability and enables the unit to safely handle elevated loads without obstructing access to storage systems or work areas. Mold-on-rubber front wheels and hard rubber swivel rear casters provide smooth maneuverability, while the integrated floor lock helps secure the unit during loading and unloading operations.
Applications
These counterbalanced lift carts are ideal for inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintenance tasks, and transporting products between trucks, docks, shelving systems, and workstations. Their compact footprint and open-front design make them especially valuable in confined spaces where conventional stackers or platform lifts may be difficult to position.
Design Advantages
The combination of portable mobility, ergonomic lifting, and unobstructed load access makes this lift an effective alternative to manual material handling. By reducing repetitive lifting and improving load control, it helps create a safer and more efficient workplace while supporting a wide range of light-duty industrial and commercial applications.

Raise and Lower The Platform
To raise and lower the platform, the lifter is equipped with a manual winch. Raise the platform by rotating the handle clockwise. The platform rises ~1 inch with each rotation. Lower the platform by turning the handle counterclockwise. Lay the handle on the winch mounting bracket as shown when the platform is elevated.

Sturdy Floor Lock for User Safety
Apply the floor lock by using your hand to firmly press down on the lock lever. Confirm that the foot pad of the floor lock solidly contacts the floor by trying to push the lifter. The lifter should resist forward/backward movement while the lock is applied. The floor lock will not prevent movement.
